The purchased products will be delivered digitally. Upon purchasing you will receive your log-in information by e-mail and can access the material in your member area.
Payments are processed by Stripe and the following cards are accepted as means of payment: VISA, Mastercard, American Express.
Prices are stated including VAT, and you can choose to settle your payment in DKK, EUR or USD. The exact price will for most products depend on your location, as the VAT rate is added depending on where you, the customer, is located.
Subscriptions will automatically renew and the subscription fee for the following period will be deducted as stated on the product page. The receipt is e-mailed to the customer.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order upon payment and the start of your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by e-mail to franziska@behappyabroad.com, or by logging on to your membership area and using the cancellation option. Cancellation is immediate and you will not be charged for another subscription period. Invoices already received, however, do have to be settled.
Should you wish to change the credit card charged with the subscription fee, you can do so by using the link provided in the e-mail containing the invoice.
Typically, you will receive access to your product immediately, in some cases a few days can pass until you gain access.
No refunds are granted for subscription services, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
All rights to courses, workshops, events and digital materials adhere to Expat Happiness. By purchasing access to a product, you purchase online access for one person to the designated material. Any kind of copying, distributing, editing and commercial use is strictly prohibited.
